We at Chien Hua Paper Pipe Co., Ltd. have been dealing in a huge variety of Paper products since 1986. Started as an SME with expertise in the production of paper products that are used for synthetic fibers, today we have gained a respectful position in markets across the world. Being a manufacturer and exporter, we have been a resourceful hand to various manufacturing, packaging as well as textile sectors. Our offered product line expands includes Yarn Paper Tubes, Paper Cores, Packing Paper Tubes, Drawn Textured Yarn Paper Tubes, Printed Paper Tubes, Paper Pipes and many other items.

• 1986: Establishment in August in Huangcu Village, Dacun Township, Changhua County. Started OE (open end) production in September.
• 1992: Factory was relocated to Gongpi Vilage, Dacun Township in January. Started manufacturing 290 mm paper tubes for DTY.
• 1993: Relocation of company Qiaotou Village of Huatan Township (current address) in February, with an area of around 5,620 sqm. 
• 1996: Started manufacturing paper tubes for FDY and POY in June.
• 1999: Initiated an automated production line for DTY in September.
• 2004: Established a highly sophisticated unit of around 2,645 sqm in the month of August. 
• 2014: Expanded automated production with the addition of 4 new line for DTY in October.
• 2015: Started manufacturing U-Shaped tubes in December.

The secret to our high production, consistency and quality control is our well-facilitated infrastructure in which, we have latest automated machines such as Paper Slitting Machines, Winding Machines, Paper Tube Crimping Machines, Paper Tube Precision Cutting Machines, Y-Shaper Incision Punching Machines, U-Shaped Paper Tube Processing Machines and White (Wood) Glue Stirring Tanks. Our highly resourceful machinery and tools keep us resourceful & reliable for the customers. 

Production

To produce the most quality controlled range of Printed Paper Tubes, Packing Paper Tubes, Drawn Textured Yarn Paper Tubes, Paper Cores, Paper Pipes and other items, our Production processes include: -

• Ordering - Choose dimensions & color upon ordering paper tubes 
• Slitting - Slit paper into required breadth for rolling into paper tubes
• Rolling - Slit paper is passed through glue tank before it is belt rolled into paper tubes
• Drying - Tubes are dried either naturally or in oven
• Precision Cutting - Rolled tubes are fed to cutting station for getting them into required lengths
• Post-Processing - To match the shape & size as per customers' requirements
• Quality Control - Each item is passed through stringent quality tests conducted by our experts
• Packaging - Quality assured items to be packed in cartons and bags
• Final Delivery - Deliver the consignment within the pormised time frame
